Meditation

I got a great quote about meditation from the Rigpa organization, written by the Sogyal Rinpoche. The Rigpa— is the innermost, essential nature of mind

What should we “do” with the mind in meditation? Nothing at all. Just leave it, simply, as it is.

One master described meditation as “mind, suspended in space, nowhere.”
I have a sitting meditation one evening a week where we just sit still and try to have a balanced mind which will bring clarity and peace to our selves.
There is one person who brings magazines as well as wiggles and taps her feet, in general disrupts herself.
This is a problem of group work. It is a problem, period. As I have been told by several people in many different situations, evil is just a few good people doing nothing.
Respect is not a natural habit of so many people.
