Insights of Positive Black History

It could be that you are not being realistic about certain areas of your life.

Every where I look, I see the infinite light in every being. I see the good no matter how complicated a facad is presented.  Each of us is who we choose to be,  in our this our current moment, right here right now. It is this breath that keeps your light and life shinning. Rise and shine!

Just to clarify, not knowing that there is only now, is what keeps us wandering aimlessly in spins down distracting off topic wrong turns. We add information into the mix which we chew and believe the regurgitated stuff as original fact. It is Memory that is our prison. It is memory which we hold so dearly close to our vision of reality. It is memory that is our habit. Memory, we believe will keep our heads and the brain contents from exploding in to eternity as an infinite sound wave.

Sound Waves Never Stop Undulating

It is objecting to the flow of change that is constant that creates our painful lives. Stuff did happen and it gives the ability to pass judgement and discriminate between what is the right next step. What is the next step? Do you care about the suffering of others or do you only care about yourself? How can you care for yourself without caring for others? Charity starts at home. Our actual home is our body, mind, and heart, which carries us everywhere.  Do you feel support from other people at times of stress and struggles with the challenges we recognize as the flow of everyday living? Do you receive all the gestures of affection you need to live and love?

Is your world composed of only rational processes? It is time to rediscover the irrational racial past. The valuable history of humanity may not be fully explained but combining technical prowess with empathy we can multiply our inner health and outer links with each person we meet. If we are not to explode our globe because of posturing and conflict it is very important to find our compassion and use this in our communication.

Know Your Body To Use Your Thoughts To Refine Health

As we think, directing with our brains, we effect our organs, our immune system so we can feel this moment. It is a special state of tenderness which is often referred to as compassion. If you have a loving goal, you have someplace to go, some trusting relationship to attain you have the desire to explane and share the special quality. Sound and singing can Accentuate the positive that will replace the bad history. Then there is only room for the good and caring thoughts which generate feelings. Try guiding your thoughts into beauty and Love for One Another.

Ac-Cent-Tchu-Ate the Positive” is a popular song. The music was written by Harold Arlen and the lyrics by Johnny Mercer, and it was published in 1944. It is sung in the style of a sermon, and explains that accentuating the positive is key to happiness. In describing his inspiration for the lyric, Mercer told the Pop Chronicles radio documentary “I went to hear Father Divine and he had a sermon and his subject was ‘you got to accentuate the positive and eliminate the negative.’ And I said ‘Wow, that’s a colorful phrase!’

My Mother introduced me to the work of Father Devine and his wife The Mother who worked to improve the lives of people by introducing caring loving attention through deeply spiritual practices.  In a 1906 sojourn in California, Father Divine became acquainted with the ideas of Charles Fillmore and the New Thought Movement, a philosophy of positive thinking that would inform his later doctrines. Among other things, this belief system asserted that negative thoughts led to poverty and unhappiness. Father Divine (c. 1876 – September 10, 1965), also known as Reverend M. J. Divine, was an African American spiritual leader[1]from about 1907 until his death. His full self-given name was Reverend Major Jealous Divine, and he was also known as “the Messenger” early in his life. He founded the International Peace Mission movement, formulated its doctrine, and oversaw its growth from a small and predominantly black congregation into a multiracial and international church.

Father Divine claimed to be the Deity.  However, Father Divine made numerous contributions toward his followers’ economic independence and racial equality so people can become a global loving force. Father Divine was a forerunner to the civil rights struggles of the 1950s and 1960s.
