Conviction

If a thought grows out of the workings of the brain,  then a Conviction is the guidance that grows out of the Heart. Integrity is a conviction of self esteem working with in a family and out to a community and our Globe, this blue pearl.

It is not a clever argument, a conviction is a firm belief.  I believe that most often it is not verbally sharing a belief but the very living integrity that moves others into action. As a parent I had first hand proof that it was the way I moved, spoke, treated others, and lived my every day life that was the great teacher. It is my actions that I impressed on those under my care how to behave both in times of joy and those many times of struggle.

Just a few days ago while I was leaving an appointment I was told that she was glad I talked with her since I always leave her with a smile on her face! That could be none other than the conviction of joy in my heart that rounds out the sounds my words try to convey.

Conviction is a seed for understanding the infinite amount of time and energy each of us have to complete the thought, contained in a word and that string of words that brings people close to one another. The evidence is in the action that always speaks louder than words, thought without words we would all be miming with painted faces and stripped leggings.

I remember with great fondness the time I drove my dearest teacher and monks around on their errands. I would sometimes have a group of monks in my car on the way to the grocery store. There were times when visiting monks came to see my teacher and I was asked to take them window shopping. Most often they wanted to go to the poor part of town and look around in the thrift stores in that community. My teacher liked to go to great malls in various towns around where he lived.  People who view their lives as Spending Time, learn by watching the way true meditating servants of the common good live, is a great adventure and gift in itself. This also taught me to watch how people mirror my behavior.

There were no words shared but the conviction that was taught, is to always want to see every part of the world with no fear.  I walked with conviction born out of inner integrity where few choose to shop.

In fact, one day, long ago I was in such a very thrifty thrift store with three or four travelers when I found a big packing box of High Loft European Goose Down ‘Famous Label’ with the embossed coat of arms,  (Ralph Lauren), king size pillows for fifteen dollars each! What a great surprise. The next day I went to Bloomingdales and found the regular size of this same pillow for three hundred dollars each! I guess it was not being afraid to window shop deep within the wrong side of the tracks! Probably these pillows were not sold earlier because the usual clients did not know what they were or their exorbitant usual cost.

The conviction in my heart is: we are all worthy people! No matter how much stuff we have or how much it cost.

Little Jumping RNA

Just a short thought poem about the little broken jumping bits of RNA floating around in our cells.

Sometimes this is good and sometimes this cause havoc and cancer.

Think of this as:  “RNA interference.”

Although it was not discovered until the late 1990s, nearly 40 years after the genetic code for making proteins from genes was identified, the phenomenon of ‘RNA interference’ now is known to play an important role in fighting viral infection and in preventing genetic mayhem during reproduction of strands by preventing parts of the genome known as “jumping genes” from moving and disrupting DNA within stable, vital genes. Scientists’ growing understanding of the scope of RNA interference has inspired new experimental strategies for manipulating gene activity therapeutically.

Little broken parts of RNA can be forced to float in cells due to inordinate levels of real and imagined stress in our modern city lives.

So any gene may sow the seeds of its own inactivation or activation under the right circumstances.”

I will write more on this since APT and the cascading of inflammation creating all sorts modern illness needs to be understood at the very smallest building blocks of our human bodies.

Is The Cat Alive?

Apparently, today, it is Erwin Schrodingers 126th Birthday, the father of the wave formulation of quantum mechanics. IE, as close to a human God as has ever been born. He also was quite the lover of life for a mathematical physicist.

Schrödinger’s cat: a cat, a flask of poison, and aradioactive source are placed in a sealed box. If an internal monitor detects radioactivity (i.e. a single atom decaying), the flask is shattered, releasing the poison that kills the cat. The Copenhagen interpretation of quantum mechanics implies that after a while, the cat is simultaneously alive and dead. Yet, when one looks in the box, one sees the cat either aliveor dead, not both alive and dead. This poses the question of when exactly quantum superposition ends and reality collapses into one possibility or the other.

The Many and The Totality

What comes to mind when you relax and wonder what our culture has become? We are Many people who have lost the sense of our Totality.

Four days ago I went to the Doctor. He was busy. I want to believe that he was listening to my needs but when I came to get the referrals to the various specialists the referral director told me that I could not get my needed referrals because the Doctor wrote the request on the wrong form. I was struck silent. What business was it to me? It was so unprofessional. I was made to feel that I Had Done Something Wrong! The woman was nasty to me at the Medical Professional Office!

I came back the next day and was told, rather than asked, ‘Why do you need the referral, are You going to make the appointment yourself!?’ She was visibly surprised when I said of course I would and could make my own appointment.  When I contacted the service I needed the referred paper work, I was told that the paperwork was not complete.

I called the medical office to get a correction and was told that the doctor would not change the referral to include all the conditions I was asking for attention, but that the Doctor would send out all the notes of my examination. This sending out of my diagnose was going to be sent only after I said that the professional office called me to get the referral changed.

I had to have three days of heightened attention to get service from this doctors office.

My prescriptions needed to have a back and forth returned phone call to be filled, yet the doctors office did not do this for several days. I had to make repeated visits back and forth to the doctor and back to the pharmacy for three days before I actually got my medicine. Finally I called the doctors office from the pharmacy and the medical nurse sounded angry and put me on hold. I was put on hold for such a long time that my mobile phone lost energy and shut off.

This just drained my energy and turned my happy out look about medical attention into sadness. This is such a drain of energy to get help for myself and so many people. I have so little energy since my illness and this energy was wasted by the support staff of this primary care doctor. I can’t be the only one who is actually being mistreated in this practice, in my town, in my county, in my state, and out through the entire country, out to every nation on our globe.

There are many people who have to rely on a Primary Care Doctor to get treatment for conditions that all Primary Doctor are not trained to preform. We are a target in a shooting practice that yet again separates those with cash from those who depend on various levels of Health Insurance.

Monsanto now has immunity against being responsible for the health issues that the genetically modified seeds are causing. The victim is becoming the enemy.

My illness is caused by inflammation disease that cascades to include the serious illnesses of our modern era. Heart disease, Cancer, Diabetes, Colitis, Arthritis, and other illnesses are related to the digestive unbalance from unnatural DNA in the food sources. Stress creates more illness. My Stress participated in my illness. I cannot get well if I am continuously under stress from unprofessional emotional interactions with care professionals! Sigh…

The crises in the primary care system is very deeply intrenched. Primary Care Doctors continue to make health care a heavy lifting effort in many cases. Doctors themselves are allowing this to go on and on. The medical system has lost sight of the Totality of Humanity. The system is broken and people are dieing. Doctors are either overworked or under trained. I do not know how I am going to deal with this. I am one link in the totality of Humanity. This gives me strength to tell my sad story of the last four days. I was called by the practice manager /director who apologized to me because of the terribly sub standard service and care I received. I never shouted at any of the unprofessional employees. I used so much strength just to get my prescriptions and referrals that one of the office managers asked the Director to call me! Is this what I have to jump through to get medical attention? If you are having a hard time with your health care would you please send me a posting in the high hopes that we can reach critical mass and change the system.

We have been misguided, we have been deceived, those of us who have retained a connection with the political oligarchy parading around as ‘democracy’ !  Iraq a Nine Trillion dollar drain on the global economy. If you think this does not effect you look at that pot hole in every street while carrying your bag of grossly expensive groceries while being unable to pay off your college debt.

The Republicans Have Lost Their Minds and the Tea Bags are More Destructive! Who elected these wing nuts? I feel like our leaders have been cut out of MAD Magazine!Ryan was defeated in the general election. Let’s shout in his big Alfred E. Neuman Ears that His Policies are not wanted!

This MAD mascot, Alfred E. Neuman like Paul Ryan has developed budget plans that propose privatizing Medicare for those currently under the age of 55,funding Medicaid and the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program through block grants to the states,and other changes. Ryan introduced these proposals in his spending plan for the House Budget Committee in April 2011 and in an updated version in March 2012 and again this week. He wants things to change for the WORST for All Americans!

I am now living in heart ache that the global population will be cut by more than 10% in the next 10 years because of Republican anti human being as well as anti middle class practices. My Human Family is becoming a Lost Cause!

Monsanto has placed a rider on some generally desired legislation to be able to engineer foods with no responsibility for the effects on the human systems. Monsanto Is A Monster that Obama has allowed to Thrive while he and his family eat organic food.

The Fracking shoots water under the water table and is poisoning our global water supply so that the privatization of water policy that has been in place since 1974 will charge you for water! Opponents point to potential environmental impacts, including contamination of ground water, risks to air quality, the migration of gases and hydraulic fracturing chemicals to the surface, surface contamination from spills and flowback and the health effects of these.

How did we The People allow this to happen? We stopped being in touch what we think and feel and live out of a inner death.  I hope to help all people stay with themselves as a living Human Being to care about loving themselves sufficiently that they are able to really know self care. The truth is undeniable, unless you figure this out you and the entire global families will be contaminated.

What is the Japanese government telling the people who lived around the nuclear  explosion in March 2011?  On yesterday’s news The government said that the land is being cleaned up! In two years it will be ready for planting rice again. Imagine that! Russia was more honest when they told the people that the area will never be inhabitable again. Imagine with me for a moment that Russia is more honest than Japan!

I have turned to help people connect with their own subtlety so they can be more productive and at inner peace and thus have more chutzpah.I create a center of quiet for people under stress to fill with their stories. It is important to have a chance to listen to yourself by sharing what you are thinking and feeling.

I work to serve to reteach people how to breathe, which has bigger implications on our daily lives than we imagine. Through short workshops targeted to the individual or group I enable people’s inner core and strength by encourage single-pointed focus.

Do not continue to cover up what you are really feeling. Get involved in returning our country and our family of nations leaders back to serving US!  Obama IS a great failure!

Meaning Of Life: Don’t Worry Be Happy

I am watching a PBS show on KQED . Listening to the struggle of people trying to say something from their own understanding… So much of what people say comes from the domineering separateness drawn out of the training from religion people get either early in their lives or picked up as a reaction to that early seed training.

The truth is that the meaning of life is to acknowledge our material nature which is motivated by LOVE. So the meaning of life is DON’T WORRY, BE HAPPY

In a way what Jonas Salk said , What is important is the Survival of the Wisest. His life with  and how he gave love and complete freedom to his second wife, Francoise Gilot at the level of natural potentiality without dualism.

Peace: A Science Story

What is Peace? Peace is a state of Natural Being in the tornado of Mother Natures creating and deconstructing forms, fluctuations and fashion.  Peace is primarily based in and for every cell in my body. This That I AM is in contact with peace from the molten core of our planet continuing in and out to every level of things we see and those just beyond our ocular construction catching colors.

I am star dust that is 57.5 billion years old. Last night I attended a political comedy event and the woman sitting next to me, who as crass as broken glass on the beach blabbed demanding that I tell her my age! Of course I smiled and said that a Woman who tells her age cannot be trusted with anything since she will tell every one anything and everything with out a thought of appropriateness! A gentleman two rows back managed to get my attention and quipped You are as old as our current Big Bang System star dust. He made other references based on his membership in the AAAS!

Hawking’s Gravity

How often does Kindness and Intelligence bind harmoniously in one well known person? I had an opportunity to stand next to Dr Stephan Hawking and talk directly to him personally while looking right into his eyes. Both eyes were focused and expressive. In fact I got a whole conversation and wonderful connected sense of grace from our extended glances.

Dr. Stephen Hawking and Dr. Kip Thorne will be presenting a program on Black Holes on Tuesday June 19, 2012 at 8pm at the Flint Center in Cupertino CA.

What I so much wanted to tell him was my unpretentious story about reading a book he authored. I was simply talking to this man who I had admired for most of his life. I told him that some 21 or 22 years ago when his thick volume came out I was living in Princeton N.J. I said that I went into the Young Adult section of the Library and took out the thin young adult version and read it in entirety. That version was in larger print and did not have any of the equations!

It happened that I was standing next to him that perfectly lovely June afternoon. It was at that point that he looked into my eyes and I felt a wave of gratitude coming from him.  It was a glance of such tenderness and grace full of real understanding and an appreciation of my honesty, as I was completely unpretentious about reading the children’s copy! My telling the unabashed truth gave me a life long gift of the deep connection with respect for his work though the nuts and bolts are over my head.

The event at the Flint Center in Cupertino CA.  Highlighted the extraordinary new proofs of the gravitational spin both in black holes and the collision of two black holes. There in an easy to comprehend power point presentation was the first glimmer of gravitation force. It is more than any other explanation a position for the gravity puzzle

Tonight, Stephan Hawking Says ‘There Are No Aliens’

Tonight I had the great privilege to both talk with and listen to the talk on Black Holes in Cupertino CA.

He said that the planet Earth had not heard any Soap Operas or Situation Comedies so it is unlikely that there is humanoid intelligent life … Those communication waves are traveling out to all the edges of the system since the singing on radio and TV started.  This is an interesting point of view.

I just had to share this thought though I am sooo tired that I can’t tell all the great aspects of a life in science.
